Our experience working with Delena Ciamacco and her team was excellent. It took us eleven months to find the perfect condo that we knew, once seeing it, would be ours. DeLena stayed working with us trying to find the right condo for my husband and myself. Once we decided to make our offer on buying the condo, DeLena and her staff could not have been more helpful and guided us through the entire process. When a few minor bumps in the process came up, DeLena and her staff took charge and found all the solutions to make our closing day a very smooth one. DeLena impressed us from our first meeting together. She knows both sides of selling and buying in this current real estate market. She guided us through the process of buying a new condo and very soon she will guide us in selling our current house. She already has sat down with us and explained how best to sell this house. DeLena is the best realtor, there’s no one else in her league. My parents have used her in the past, now I have for the sale of my first home. We listed when the market changed in favor of the buyer and she was still able to get us nearly 20% over list price!! I would recommend her to anybody and everybody.
